HAMILTON, BERMUDA – The Bermuda Monetary Authority (Authority or BMA) issued proceedings in the Supreme Court of Bermuda, Commercial Court jurisdiction, for the appointment of Joint Provisional Liquidators (JPLs) with respect to Vesttoo Alpha P&C Ltd. (Company). By order of the Supreme Court dated 2 August 2023, Charles Thresh and Michael Morrison of Teneo (Bermuda) Limited, 19 Par-la-Ville Road, Third Floor Hamilton, HM 11, Bermuda, were appointed as the JPLs of the Company.
